Those sir are hop kilns. I know that western Sonoma county used to grow a lot of hops and then we used to grow a lot of apples and now it is world class grapes. I guess it is just a casual beer and wine kind of setting.

Hop kilms? They really look like aircraft targets!
ReplyDeleteThis is an apple dryer located on Blackney Road in Sebastopol next to what used to be a large apple orchard, now a vineyard.
